MEET OUR TEAM

The People Behind the Sauce

Torcatha was built by people who live the values behind the brand. From the family kitchen to the firehouse table and now to shelves around the world, every step of this journey has been hands-on. The team is small, focused, and committed to doing things the right way with strength, courage, and heart in every bottle.

WHAT TORCATHA MEANS

The Battle Boar Legacy

Torcatha means “Battle Boar” in Scottish Gaelic, a tribute to the McCulley family’s heritage and the fearless spirit behind every bottle. The McCulley's original name, Cullach, means “boar.” From that lineage comes a legacy defined by courage, resilience, and the boldness that lives in our sauce.

A gourmet tradition from Texas, these handcrafted barbecue sauces are made for ribs, pulled pork, burgers, and wings. Torcatha brings depth, balance, and heritage to every bottle.

A WAY OF LIFE

The Battle Boar Legacy

Battle Boar isn’t just a name—it’s a way of life. It represents our strength to overcome challenges, courage to charge forward, discipline to stay the course, honor for our roots, and focus on authenticity and grit.

FUEL TO THE FLAME

The Battle Boar Legacy

The Battle Boar spirit fuels everything we do at Torcatha and is our reminder to live boldly, lead with integrity, and stand unshaken in the heat of life’s battles.
